We partner with suppliers to have a great variety of products. Our clothing products include: Game Guard, Gildan, Sport-Tek, Blue Generation, Boxercraft, Carhart, Nike, Adidas and Comfort Colors to list a few. We are able offer the latest in caps from Richardson, Pacific, Outdoor and Otto. We can fill single orders or orders with a few hundred products.
VARIOUS SERVICES
Embroidery: The rich look of direct embroidery is a proven decoration method commonly used on baseball-style caps. Our direct embroidery will make your cap stand out.
Best for bold designs with a medium level of detail
Available in standard or raised 3D. Not all designs can be produced in 3D
Max Size: Varies by cap style, but 2 1/8”H X 4 ½”W is the standard max size for cap front position
Turn Around Time: Varies 2 – 3 weeks after art approval
Screen Print: A clean, bold look with a touch of old school style. Best for one or two color logos with a moderate level of detail.

Weather and outdoor conditions will affect the durability and life of the decoration.
Vinyl: Vinyl is perfect for personalising the same garment numerous times with different designs. Sports teams for example; need the same type of T-shirt printed several times but with different numbers and name for each of the players.
There is pretty much an endless amount of options when it comes to effects and colours. Worth noting are fluorescent tones which are hard or impossible to achieve with other printing techniques. Also, available in flock and glitter, among others.
Laser Engraving: Use our laser engraving services to add that extra professional touch to custom promotional products, personalized gifts for corporate events or other special occasions. We can engrave just about anything... with your artwork, or our custom designs. Using our state-of-the-art computerized laser engraving equipment, we can engrave products like Promotional Products, Yeti Mugs, Picture Frames, Knifes, Gun Parts, Leather items and more.
Direct to Garment: DTG is a method of printing images on garments, using special ink jet printers. DTG printers are able to handle orders with high color designs. With a minimum order of 5, and your custom design, you can expect great quality.
